- Comprehensive warm-up and muscle stretching: Before the start of the lesson, do a light warm-up in the water and stretch your muscles.
- Learn proper breathing technique: Proper breathing technique is important while swimming. Your instructor can guide you on this.
- Learn basic swimming skills: You need to learn basic skills such as swimming, arm and leg movements, breathing and balance control. Your instructor will give you the chance to learn these skills.
- Advanced exercises: After learning basic swimming skills, swimming lessons can include more advanced exercises, such as more challenging movements to improve coordination and balance skills.
- Rest and warm-up: After the lesson, it is recommended to swim slowly and do a gentle warm-up to relieve the tension in your muscles.
